IL FALCONE @ Master Chef Italia

IL FALCONE has been one of the highlights the of past week’s of Master Chef Italia semifinal on air on Sky channels.

During the episode, shot at Slow Food University of Food Sciences of Pollenzo in Piedmont, the competitors had to prepare a full menu for the jury, including the pairing with two wines to be chosen among the hundreds of great Italian wines kept at Slow Food’s Banca del Vino (The Wine Bank). Wandering under the Bank’s cellar vaults in search of the perfect bottle, one of the competitor’s attention was caught by the sight of IL FALCONE and that was his definitive choice!

Served by New York based famed restaurateur Joe Bastianich, one of the three hosts of the show, IL FALCONE challenged and impressed the Piedmontese jurors.
